General Booking Information
Online Booking
Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit or debit card.
Saturday Night Policy
In general we only accept a Saturday night booking in conjunction with a Friday or Sunday.
Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed in writing, fax or e-mail. We will require your credit card details, which will be held on file in order to secure the room. We also reserve the right to obtain pre-authorisation on your card up to 7 days prior to arrival. If you do not have a credit card we will require one nights deposit in advance.
Deposit
On booking, a non-refundable deposit of £30 per person will be taken to secure your booking.
Cancellation
We will require advance written notice of any cancellation. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy (link to Reservation page). We stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself against any financial loss should you need to cancel within the cancellation period.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, Switch, Travellers Cheques and Cash. We do not accept American Express. Cheques can only be accepted if supported by a valid cheque card.
Payment will be taken on the night before departure. If your stay is for one night, payment will be taken on arrival.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 2.00pm until 8.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know your time of arrival so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11.00am.
Parking
We have a residents on street parking permit available for each guest room for a supplementary charge of £8 per day. On booking, please confirm whether you will require a parking permit.
While we are able to provide a permit we cannot guarantee a parking space as it is on street parking. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners' risk.
